If you are planning a move to Australia at any point in the future, now is the time to grab this amazing deal with both hands as this opportunity should not be missed. Apply now to avoid disappointment.
Tripod Partners, the fastest growing social work agency in the UK, is seeking talented and experienced children’s social workers looking to relocate to Australia.
Tripod Partners are seeking social workers, senior social workers, deputy team managers and team managers to be placed in both urban and rural locations. Successful candidates will have access to the sweeping coastline, pristine beaches, National parks, forests teeming with wildlife, wineries, lakes and mountains offering skiing, climbing and hiking that Australia has to offer.
Successful candidates will receive a relocation package of up to $10,000, depending on the size of the family relocating, to move to sunnier climes and find new accommodation. Plus permanent social workers in Australia receive much better remuneration than in the UK with social workers looking at a salary of up to $89,000 Australian dollars at the higher end of the pay spectrum and top end team managers receiving an impressive $109,000 Australian dollars a year wage packet.
Children’s social workers need to hold a social work qualification (degree, DipSW) and have a minimum of four years post qualifying experience. Social workers will need to have AASW accreditation as well as international police checks prior to being sponsored. The interview process is rigorous but Tripod Partners has support in place for potential candidates. The selection process has three stages:
1) The first stage is a video interview where candidates submit video recordings answering questions.
2) Candidates then face a psychometric test.
3) The final stage is a Skype interview with a panel in Australia.
While the selection process is naturally challenging, Tripod Partners is providing help and assistance throughout the application and interview process.
Tripod has appointed a senior manager currently working in Australia and previously a team manager in the UK who has huge understanding of UK experience and how it translates to the system in Australia to lead seminars for potential candidates. The seminars will focus on training and the very best preparation for the whole selection process.
The roles are for a project and therefore it is a now or never opportunity to be grasped by any experienced social worker considering a stint in or complete relocation to Australia. The roles will be allocated on a first come first serve basis following the selection process with the first successful candidate having the pick of locations.
Do not miss out on this incredible opportunity – apply now and contact the social work permanent team at Tripod Partners today on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 3146 6603 to discuss the roles further.
